Refined C5 petroleum resin for tire rubber compounding
PRS®-C1085, PRS®-C1100, PRS®-C1101 Refined C5 resin is a kind of aliphatic petroleum resin widely used in tire rubber compounding, with natural rubber (NR), synthetic rubber, polyethylene, SIS, SEBS, EVA, etc. have good compatibility with natural tackifying resins (such as terpenes, rosin and its derivatives) compatibility is also good. In rubber mixing, it can be used as a tackifier, reinforcing agent, softener, filler, etc.

Characteristics of c5 hydrocarbon resin in rubber compounding
1. Has excellent viscosity.

Fine C5 petroleum resin for hot melt road marking paint
PRS®-R1100, PRS®-R2100, PRS®-R3100, PRS®-R3101, PRS®-R3110 Refined c5 hydrogenated petroleum resin are petroleum resins suitable for thermal road marking paints. It can enhance the toughness, hardness and adhesion of the coating, and form a smooth paint surface, and by adding additives, the resin is always in a stable state in all seasons and is well miscible with rosin resins. In the compounding of high-grade paints, the paint film can be formed into the characteristics of water resistance, ultraviolet resistance and chemical resistance, and the apparent brightness and dryness can be significantly improved.

Refined C5 Petroleum Resin for Adhesives
In the adhesives and sealants industry, c5 petroleum has established itself as tackifying resins. Among them, hot-melt adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives are the most used. PRS®-A series refined c5 resins are petroleum resins suitable for hot-melt adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives. They have good compatibility with styrene polymers such as SIS, SBS, SEBS, SEPS, natural rubber, synthetic rubber and EVA, etc., and are compatible with natural tackifying resins (terpenes, rosin and their derivatives) It is also good, and the properties of the adhesive are improved to varying degrees. In recent years, c5 hydrocarbon resin has the characteristics of high peeling adhesive strength, good fast tack, stable adhesive performance, moderate melt viscosity, good heat resistance, good compatibility with polymer matrix, and low price. Gradually replace natural resin tackifiers (rosin and terpene resins) and occupy a prominent position.

Characteristics of PRS®--A1085, A1090, A1095, A1100, A2085, A2095, A2100, A2110 refined petroleum hydrocarbon resin c5 in hot melt adhesive:
1. It has good fluidity and can improve the wettability of the main material.
2. Good viscosity and outstanding initial viscosity.
